Something new is happening at MEAT Hospitality


Hey MEAT family,

This weekend we officially released the first episode of Discover Meatly — a new storytelling series centered around hospitality, atmosphere, culture, and the people behind memorable food experiences across NYC.

The first episode featured Capone’s Salumeria in the West Village, a neighborhood institution serving the city for over 50 years.

As we continue building MEAT Hospitality dinners and experiences, we also want to start documenting the places, people, and energy that inspire us along the way.

Because at the end of the day, hospitality is about more than what’s on the plate.

It’s about the feeling people leave with afterward.
